The proposed application seeks to modify Development Consent DA-96/371 (as modified) in relation to the approved Clean Water Diversion System (CWDS). The proposed design amendments primarily relate to a revised channel arrangement to the Eastern (Ch 0 -Ch 380) and Western (Ch 0 - 1230) Diversion Drains consisting of a combined drain / access track (3m wide) with a low flow spoon design that does not include a deep channel section with a grated cover.
