alterations and additions to existing educational establishment (NRPP)

Alterations and additions to Tweed Heads South Public School (THSPS). The proposed development is to be undertaken on behalf of the NSW Department of Education, School Infrastructure (SINSW) and facilitates the following broad scope of works:
 Demolition of Building C and D and ancillary structures;
 Construction of two (2) new buildings, walkways and external staircase;
 Landscaping and tree removal;
 Amendments to pedestrian entrances and kiss and drop off functionality; and
 Increase in student enrolment capacity to accommodate future growth.
