* Modifications to town house design;
* Deletion of exhibition home use;
* Staging of construction and contributions;
* Landscape modifications and deletion of swimming pool;
* Modifications to infrastructure and services; and
* Associated modifications to conditions of consent.
The application is classed as ‘Nominated Integrated Development’ under the provisions of Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979 as the proposal as amended requires approval from the NSW Environment, Energy and Science Group under the provisions of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974
