Refurbishment and expansion to existing basketball facility

• Refurbishment of existing basketball court building;
• Addition of new basketball courts at rear of existing building, including an additional three (3) basketball courts;
• Addition of new ancillary components including spectator seating, change rooms, storage rooms, first aid rooms, café space, patron toilets, reception and foyer, and office space;
• Addition of mezzanine area for multipurpose use with kitchen and lift facility;
• Addition of new outdoor decking and pedestrian pathways; and
• Other minor works
