Environmental Planning Instruments is the collective name for Local Environmental Plans (LEPs), State Environmental Planning Policies (SEPPs), and Regional Environmental Plans (REPs). The Environmental Planning and Assessment Act and the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation are also included in this classification.
